She established the Sexual Assault Prevention Victim Advocate (SAVI) program using the DOD curriculum. She tailored it for the unique environment with multiple subcommands onboard US Naval Station Rota, Spain. Currently a Whistleblower Protection Advocate with WoA establishing a Workplace Promise Institute in Pensacola, FL aiming to create an Ethical Relationship between Employees and Employers to encourage right doing in the workplace.

She has trained over 200 Active Duty Senior Enlisted and Officer Corps members of all service branches on the DOD Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) program to increase awareness and reduce the number of sexual assaults. Her post-Navy career involved a variety of "hobbies," starting with Pensacola Boys' Base Theatre Outreach, where she created a program with young men in the juvenile justice system, developing and performing material; providing an opportunity for them to understand their choices better and receive Positive Attention in the form of Applause.

In 2019 she began volunteering with Homeless Women Veterans at the HER Foundation. A Whistleblower Protection Advocate with Whistleblowers of America founder Jacqueline Garrick; establishing a Workplace Promise Institute in Pensacola, FL, aiming to create an Ethical Relationship between Employees and Employers to encourage right-doing in the workplace.
