U.S. Navy Veteran (Military Police Investigator & Instructor) and ex-Supervisory Deputy US Marshal defended his subordinate, a female Deputy US Marshal, from being sexually harassed, assaulted, and bullied. He then was targeted by federal and local law enforcement officers and is now involved with the Merit System Protection Board and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. But For doing his job.

Reporting to the Presidentially appointed United States Marshal and Chief Deputy United States Marshal, direct the United States Marshal Service (USMS) protective and investigative missions for the Eastern District of New York, the eighth-largest district in the nation, maintaining the oversight for enforcement, criminal investigations, protection, fugitive apprehension, and prisoner custody. Manage district operations and administration, with full technical responsibility for programs, policies, and procedures. Hold a Top Secret Security Clearance.

I held a series of progressively responsible and administrative positions culminating with my promotion to Supervisory Deputy. Developed knowledge of the organization through various duties related to criminal investigations, handling prisoner security and production, enforcing court orders, protecting the Judiciary and dignitaries, and developing seizure plans for properties being forfeited to the U.S. Government.
