Ashley N. Tease is the Chief of the U.S. Office of Special Counsel’s Diversity, Outreach and Training (DOT) Unit where she oversees a nationwide initiative to provide training and education to federal and non-federal entities on the statutes under OSC’s jurisdiction, including whistleblower rights and remedies. Ms. Tease also directs OSC’s Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program, managing internal processes and procedures for complaint resolution. Prior to joining DOT, Ms. Tease served as an attorney in OSC’s Investigation and Prosecution Division, where she specialized in analyzing and investigating complaints of prohibited personnel practices and facilitated resolutions between federal employees and their respective agencies. Ms. Tease received her J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law, and her B.A. from University of Maryland, College Park.
