Attorney | Glotfelty PLLC | A Legal Practice Built for the AbilityOne Community
Jessica Johnson Reilly is a skilled attorney with significant experience in the AbilityOne Program, federal and internal investigations, federal contracting, nonprofit compliance, and healthcare regulatory matters. After five years investigating fraud, waste, and abuse at the U.S. AbilityOne Commission Office of Inspector General (OIG), Jessica left federal service to join Glotfelty PLLC, driven by the belief AbilityOne NPAs deserve specialized legal support that empowers them to navigate the AbilityOne Program’s complexities, avoid costly compliance pitfalls, and stay focused on accomplishing their missions.
Before joining federal service, Jessica worked at a Washington, D.C. law firm where she helped advise healthcare industry clients on False Claims Act defense, regulatory and policy compliance, and federal grant funding matters. She brings to the AbilityOne community a deep understanding of nonprofit governance, risk mitigation, and the unique compliance challenges NPAs face in the evolving AbilityOne legal landscape.
Jessica holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Mississippi.
