Ashley M. Gjøvik is an American program manager, lawyer, and whistleblower known for her legal complaints against Apple Inc. She worked at Apple from 2015 until her termination in 2021, during which she held roles intersecting engineering and business, managing high-risk, multi-million dollar projects. Gjøvik alleged that her firing was retaliation for raising concerns about environmental safety, employee privacy, and workplace harassment. She filed several complaints with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and other agencies, some of which were found to have merit. Gjøvik holds a Juris Doctor degree and has been active in public interest advocacy, focusing on human rights and corporate accountability.
