Caroline Hunt-Matthes is an Independent Investigations Practitioner with over 30 years of experience in human rights and a focus on sexual and gender-based violence. A former UN staff member, she is known for her courageous whistleblowing on sexual assault within the UN system, leading to one of the longest whistleblower cases in its history. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard and teaches ethics, diversity, and corporate responsibility at Webster University Geneva. Hunt-Matthes also conducts research on whistleblower protection and advocates for systemic reforms within international organizations to ensure accountability and safeguard human rights.
