Executive Director of Qui Tam México Íntegro A.C.
Dante Preisser Rentería is a Mexican lawyer and anti-corruption advocate. He holds a law degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley. His work centers on integrity, anti-corruption, compliance, transparency, and open government, connecting Mexican legal practice with international standards.
He has served across all three branches of the Mexican State: in the executive, at the Ministry of Public Administration and the Office of the Attorney General; in the judiciary, at the Electoral Tribunal, the Federal Judiciary Council, and the Supreme Court of Justice; and in the legislature, at the Senate of the Republic.
Today he is the Executive Director of Qui Tam México Íntegro A.C., a civil society organization devoted to promoting citizen reporting as a key tool against corruption and to protecting those who come forward. He is also a Partner at Bc Compliance and a professor at El Colegio de México and the Escuela Libre de Derecho.
