Research & Programme Strategist
Nomancotsho Pakade is a social researcher with extensive experience leading research, stakeholder engagement, and evidence translation across gender justice, psychosocial wellbeing, public accountability, and violence prevention. Working across research, advocacy, public humanities, and programme strategy, she brings together rigorous inquiry, critical facilitation, programme design, and curatorial thinking to create spaces for dialogue, learning, and collective reflection. Her work focuses on gender-based violence, participatory research, community realities of harm, and pathways for institutional response. She is committed to building critical spaces, living archives, and collaborative platforms that deepen public thought and expand possibilities for collective change.
