Ryan founded Walk the Talk Foundation in January 2022 after a 20+ year Air Force career as an F-16 fighter pilot, Air Attaché to Italy and Switzerland, and Inspector General.  A U.S. Air Force Academy graduate with an MBA from Troy University, he has personally advised 300+ service members and spearheaded legislation included in the FY23 NDAA after he was retributively targeted by leaders within the Intelligence Community for having raised concerns of violations of law and regulations in the Defense Intelligence Agency.
