Carrie Devorah blew the whistle on fraud and abuse of power inside and outside the Securities and Exchange Commission and FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority targeting Financial Clients, Investment Advisors, and Law Enforcement.

Devorah is cross credentialed as a CCIA, MPI, LACBA DRS, Profiler and built the first discrete site Crime Analysis Lab on a College Campus on the Continent. Additionally, Devorah is behind two Laws passed in the Commonwealth of Virginia- one restoring voting rights to VA Felons who served their time; the other making it a Crime in the Commonwealth to take Financial Client Victims into Mandatory Arbitration away from Courts where these matters belong.
