In a 24-year army career, he commanded a parachute squadron and 3rd (UK) Division Headquarters and Signal Regiment on operations in Bosnia-Herzegovina and appointments in Counter-Terrorism (Special Projects) and Communications and Surveillance equipment procurement in the Ministry of Defense.

Medically retired, after 16 years of Active Duty Service in the USN. In 1996, as part of a team, she established the Sexual Assault Prevention Victim Advocate (SAVI) program using the DOD curriculum and tailored it for the special environment with multiple subcommands on board US Naval Station Rota, Spain. Currently a Whistleblower Protection Advocate with Whistleblowers of America founder Jacqueline Garrick; establishing a Workplace Promise Institute in Pensacola, FL aiming to create an Ethical Relationship between Employees and Employers to encourage rightdoing in the workplace.

A highly decorated, 25-year veteran Special Agent with the FBI. She served in the most difficult investigatory positions and was the first women named as the head of an FBI resident agency. She led the FBI’s highly successful programs combating crimes against women and child sex crime victims on North Dakota Indian Reservations.
