In addition, he has an extensive background in military personnel matters and wounded warrior programs.
Dr. Kimberly Young-McLear
Anti-Workplace Bullying Expert and Military Whistleblower. In 2018, the Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General substantiated her claims of retaliation and exposed abuse of power at the highest levels of the Coast Guard. She was a 2019 State of the Union Guest of Honor to bring visibility and urgency to ending workplace bullying while supporting a multi-year Congressional investigation into the Coast Guard’s mishandling of investigations.
